Being a big fan of the five10 guide tennie I was a little worried when I purchased these but they soon proved themselves to be (almost) as good as the 510's. The grip good and I love the stealth toe section. The top build it great and looks to be really hard wearing. Would definitely buy again in the future.
I ordered the terrex solo (2016) in size 9 which was the perfect fit for me, however the shoe turned out slightly uncomfortable due to the edge of the rubber toe cap (interface between rubber and fabric) which put pressure on my toe nail (large toe). I tried different socks (thick, thin, padded) but it didn't improve the issue. Hence, I would recommend to also try half to one size larger than your regular adidas shoe size for these shoes if you want to use it as a hiking shoe for instance.
Quick delivery and great fit. I use these for running as they do not have a massive cushion on the heel. I was worried that they may be heavy because of their durability however that is not the case. Business as usual for Adidas, great shoe!
It's a excellent looking shoe, exactly how it looks in the picture. For size, I have an advice to order .5 size to your regular size. I wear 7.5 and ordered 7.5 which is .5 bigger for me. It's not bad fit after putting a sole so just an advice. An excellent value of your money, must buy!
I am really proud of this runners. The design is excellent and I was amazed at the quality plus is very confortable and light. It was a difficult decision to get this runners because of the price but I think I'm happy with the purchase given its overall quality.
A nice enough fitting and looking trainer - but "teal blue" regrettably doesn't go with anything in my little fashion world - would have worked as a clear blue or other primary colour, but not teal, too insipid sadly.
Had my first run in these yesterday. 6 miles on a soggy, muddy coast path. Really good grip, no slips at all and nice and comfortable to boot. I was surprised how dry my feet were too. Good, solid pair of trainers for muddy and slippery conditions. First impressions are great.
EXTREMELY VERSATILE & LIGHTWEIGHT - GREAT GRIPS, I MAINLY USE FOR WALKING AND CYCLING ALTHOUGH HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO WHERE IN THE GYM FOR A WEIGHTS SESSION DUE TO THEIR FLAT BUT FIRM SOLE. LOVE THEM SO MUCH THAT NOW PLAN TO PURCHASE THE BLACK VERY SOON! WITH REGARD TO SIZE AND COMPARING TO MY OTHER ADIDAS TRAINERS I'VE FOUND THAT A SIZE DOWN GIVES A BETTER FIT.
Overall very good shoe, solid. The only thing which made me not like it that much was the shape. Tough but if you wish to wear them as day to day Traines under jeans and track suits they look out of place. Not my kind of shoe design.
After purchasing the Ultra Boosts, I had high expectations of these. I wanted something for trail and paths rather than road and I loved the design and colour way. I'm delighted that these really are superb. The quality is especially good. The only thing I would be wary of is the sizing. I am a 45 in the Ultra Boost and I went for the same - I should have gone one size down. (I find the Ultra Boost's very tight to initially get on and had to go up half a size).
I really liked the look of these shoes on the website, but unfortunately the toe box is far too narrow for my feet. Most other manufacturers are making shoes with a wider, more natural toe box these days, but not Adidas it would seem. I would've loved to have been able to keep these shoes as the grip was phenomenal. The Continental rubber sole literally stuck to the tiled floor in my kitchen! The size runs true, but don't order if you have a wider forefoot...
This shoe was, for me, not what I hoped for. I have 2 issues. First the fore foot has very little cushioning and the insole is far too thin. Secondly, and the most important for me, is that the shoe runs far too flat. Compared to my other Terrex shoes (Fast-R/Fast-X) the heal feels like it drops which caused additional stress on my knees on the first trail run. I have had to put in additional heel cups to lift my heal. Now they are walkers not trail runners
After owning the original Terrex solo shoe which was awesome I thought that that they couldn't get any better, well they are. Straight out the box I climbed Grisdale pike in the Lakes. Still snow capped and wet these shoes are fast, grippy and sturdy, and performed excellent on the scramble to the summit.
I bought these mainly as a day to day trainer and some walking. They look great and I've not seen them anywhere else. They do feel a slight bit narrow but I do have wide feet but they are more snug than tight. They feel quite robust but only time will tell. Overall a great looking shoe that's a bit different to the norm.
I'm a life long fan of Adidas, but for valid reasons, their range has always had the perfect blend of reborn classics, often with a modern twist and new and exciting ranges, like these! Just when I thought Adidas couldn't get any better with their Terrex range and they then produce a winner like these, wonderfully well made, great attention to detail, creative use of material blend and build quality of a tank, yet, durable and as comfortable as a slipper. For me, Adidas are leaving the competition behind with this level of design and technology, so if you want a shoe that turns heads, grab them while you can!!
