Mi Coach Peacer
In early October I bought the Adidas Peacer, in order to improve my times in training, I can share that is a very good product. On September 12, 2010 ran my first marathon in 4:15, on November 14 ran the marathon in 3:45, miCoach definitely had a direct influence in my new record, Adidas miCoach gave me the training adequate to achieve the goal I was behind.
Statistics and graphs that presents are great and help you meet your performance in the race, also keeps you motivated to follow your goals. Choose one of the many trainings that presents you, follow him! and see the result!

miCoach Pacer Bundle
The Adidas miCoach Pacer Bundle works great. I found the products to work very well together along with the Adroid and Windows software to connect to the miCoach website. I have found this to be very helpful in giving guidance while working out and the data collected to be helpful and motivating to keep improving. I recommend this to anyone that works out on their own and wants to improved their cardio strength through interval running.

Nothing beats a little device telling you that you are too slow. You can't hide from it. Your body can't hide from it. IT SEES YOUR HEART. IT KNOWS YOU ARE BEING LAZY.
In all seriousness, the miCoach ap seems to be thought out for running. Lots of exercise plans for people of all un/fitness levels. They've got a plan for the guy who gets winded walking to the bacon aisle at the grocery store, and they've got a plan for the guy that can actually run several miles. The miCoach site keeps track of your exercise routines, shows graphs of your pace and heart rate as you exercised, and it has cool stats on just about everything you've done. I mean, heck, it tells you when your shoes have gone bad and need replacing.
I didn't even know shoes went bad.
The only thing I wish was that it would sync with your phone. Adidas needs to get the miCoach Pacer and Zone to sync with android. Aside from that, this is an awesome little gadget.

Best Digital Running Partner
The Adidas Mi Coach Pacer has been a great running partner, and I am still digging the British accent. One of the great things about the pacer, is its versatility to adapt to my changing shoes. Whether I am running loops around the track, hitting the trails, or going for a leisurely run around my neighborhood, the Mi Coach system connects to all my pairs of running shoes - no need to by the MiCoach companion apparel unless you like the way they look.
I've been training to drop my 5k pace on a monthly basis. If the pre-programmed programs don't work for you, MiCoach has the ability for individuals to put together their own training plans. I wore the MiCoach during practice to make sure I kept my split time during intervals, and then wore it during the race to make sure I kept my pace right where I wanted.

I am just getting used to using this training tool so far I like what I have seen very easy to use. I do however wish it either had a gps signal or could link to the IPhone for the MIcoach Mobile having everything linked would be the ultimate virtual trainer heart, stride, and gps pace.

The MiCoach is one of the best products i have purchased in recent memory. I recently signed up for a 5K. I am a weightlifter but realize the benefits of cardio. This system is a great motivator to run and while running it helps keep you at the proper pace to reach your goals.

Works well. problems with stride sensor + HRM
I've Had the pacer for about over a month and works fairly well. My only concern about it is that it takes a little bit longer to sense the stride sensor and heart rate monitor than usual. Sometimes I have to remove the battery and put it back in the stride sensor to where it would finally respond. other than that, no problems.
