Rated 1 out of 5 by denisthemenace4ever amazing but also disappointing
I am a health coach, a personal trainer and a football coach. I was not impressed by the watch at all. It took literally 6 months to fall apart. I thought a performance brand can offer a better performance based watch.

Purchased this watch for my wife as we are both big fans of micoach, I use the little pod and my wife uses the iPhone. This is a fantastic concept but it just will not work. Been fighting with it since day one. I think she got three runs out of it. Will be sending it back as it simply will not turn on anymore nor will it charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kalbersbc Best addition to my running routine!
Upgraded from MiCoach Pacer and the SmartRun truely liberates the running experience. No more strapping on the HRM, ensuring my headphone cords are all working, and no more setting up my Blackberry into arm pouch thing. With SmartRun, strap it, and turn it on - synchronizes to my JayBirds and off I go. Its easier, faster and the HRM is WAY more accurate. Added bonus, by the time I arrive at my laptop to see my results, it has already synchronized with MiCoach.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Runalot Perfect fit for the serious runner!
This device and experience is clearly targeted at serious runners, and it's doing a remarkable job. The combination of all the key functions desired – heart rate, GPS, music, and more – in such a small form factor is an achievement. The fact that it links to the personalized coaching service miCoach, which provides individualized coaching in real-time is just fabulous! It will change my running, in great ways.

Fits well for me
Data is great
Only one charger & no chance to buy another one
GPS takes too long to fix. My partner has a garmin & when we run together my gps takes between 2-5 minutes to fix while hers is instantaneous.
Battery life initially was very poor, but did improve
Bought the watch in December 2013 to run and train for the NY Marathon on 2 November 2014. In late October 2014 the watch stopped working, perhaps the battery was done. I ended up using my partner's garmin for the marathon
The back of my watch is similarly corroded as others who have already posted photos
The watch is currently dead, & by the time I got back from NY, the one year warranty had expired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Minibar Besides the horrible connectivity
I have had my smart run for a little over a year now. I figured when I paid $400 dollars I would get top of the line! Like many have said, but I stuck with this watch. I have an I.T. background so I know new tech. would come with some problems. It's been a year now plenty of time to fix things! I'm not impressed still! I'm even thinking of buying a smart watch. Come on adidas fix the GPS, Bluetooth, and touch screen issues. One more thing get some new watch faces! Or you can send me the software to design some new ones then I'll upload them. Or at least make the watch face design software for sell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Encol Runner Look what it looks like after a year of usage...
Since my last review was rejected because of a supposed "customer service focus instead of product focus", this time I will just post some pictures of all the corrosion on the back and side of this watch after a year of usage and let you conclude by yourself how bad this product really is. By the way, at this moment, my watch is completely dead. All of this, just to remember, with about a year of regular usage, average once or twice a week to run 10K in the city.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ictdave Nowhere near as bad as some reviews would suggest
I have had the watch for just over a week and love it. I have had other famous name (for sports) watches before and this is better. The good - seamless automatic uploading to Strava and MicCoach so no messing around at all, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth easy to set up, controls simple and intuitive, screen is clear, information accurate, integration of heart monitoring (I don't like the chest bands), coaching, music uploading and configurability. The bad - battery life, but with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a clear colour screen that's the price you have to pay until the next round of tech innovation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AndyDre Good watch but poor battery
Everything is good apart from battery life. It last only one day max. I've been used it for almost a year now and it look like battery isn't that good anymore. I use it quite a lot . Need to repair but cannot find place to do. Real bad for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Micoach-1time-user Micoach SMART RUN Watch
I have purchased Micoach SMART RUN Watch lated DEC '14. I believe I have received someone's return as it have someone's login information in and music uploaded, however, it seemed new with original packaging and all. After using it for less then a month, I can't say I am impressed, the biggest flaw was battery life. Watch required to be plugged in very often, more often then I'd expect.
I also found it somewhat difficult to go easy to the heart rate menu and to navigate around to get to different setting on the watch.
I am not sure if I would recommend. I've had higher expectation of this product.
I did like the design and how they felt on my wrist while wearing.
