Can I exchange my product(s)?

We can’t exchange products you ordered online and had delivered to your preferred delivery address. However, you can refuse delivery or return unwanted products for a refund, and then place a new order.


If you bought the product at one of our official stores, simply visit any of our official stores within the country where the product was purchased to exchange it. If you purchased the product at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies.
At stores you can exchange products, or get a refund. Bring your proof of purchase with you, and make sure you’re returning it within the return period.
If you ordered your product at the store and had it delivered to your home address you cannot go back to a store to exchange it. You can return unwanted products by following the return instructions for the Online Shop.
