Returns

You may return your adidas purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Unless otherwise stated at the time you make your purchase. To obtain a full refund, some "Hype" products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

 

If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, adidas cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Clothing returns can only be accepted if the original label/hangtag has not been removed. Products may be returned individually. We do not require you to return the entire order, should you want to return a particular item.

If you reserved your product via the adidas app and picked up at one of our retail locations, your purchase is subject to the store's return policy.


Step 1: Initiate your return

Step 2: Print your return label

Once you initiate your return (Step 1), you will receive an email titled “ UPS Label Delivery”

Within this email, look for an underlined blue text stating “Retrieve your shipment label”.

*Please note: If you are returning items from different orders, please initiate a separate return label for each order number.

 

Step 3: Drop off your package at a UPS store

Once you have printed the return label, please  drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.

Schedule a UPS pick-up: UPS can also pick up the return package from your home. To schedule a UPS pick up, please contact 1-800-418-9877 and inform the agent you have a shopadidas.ca return.

UPS will arrive with a pre-printed label and pick up the package from you.

 

Receiving your refund

Please be advised that credits can take up to 14-30 days from the day we receive your items in our warehouse. Once your credit is processed it will be put back directly into your credit card.

 

Additional information  

Exchange policy: the adidas Online Shop does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for full refund and place a new order.

 

mi adidas custom orders: mi adidas products are custom made for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for custom shoes.

 

Returning without UPS: If you decide not to use UPS, you can ship your return package at your own expense with any other traceable shipping service. Please call our customer service team and they can provide detailed instructions to you on how best to return your product. You will need to get an RA# from Customer Service prior to returning your shipment. Any product that is returned without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender.

 

Final sale items: For hygiene purposes, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on one-piece swimsuits, bikini bottoms and underwear. These products are final sale.

 

Other: adidas cannot refund products that are obtained from a source other than adidas.ca
 

 

Price Matching

adidas.ca will offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of original purchase date, providing the items previously purchased are still available online in the specific sizes purchased. In order to initiate a price match request, please contact our customer service department at 1-855-823-4327 or via email contactus@adidas.com within 14 days of your original purchase. Claims made after 14 days will not be processed.

*Please note: certain restrictions apply. We will not price match time restricted promotions, Winter Clearance (Starting Feb 18th, 2015), Door Crashers, Boxing Week, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other Special promos (Such as: Give More Save More) as these are limited quantity and time restricted promotions.
