Our warranty policy covers against manufacturing defects within 2 years from date of manufacture (listed on the product label), based on authentication and original point of purchase. If the date of manufacture is outside of this time frame, you must submit proof of purchase indicating the item was purchased within the last 2 years.


For authorized adidas retailer purchases (including adidas retail stores), we recommend returning directly to the retailer for assistance. If they are unable to help, please submit below. For unauthorized distributors such as eBay or other online marketplaces, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any support on these products.


If you believe your adidas product is defective, please submit your warranty claim here along with the following:

  • Picture(s) clearly depicting the defect
  • Picture of the product label
  • Screenshot or copy of online invoice or original receipt
  • All mandatory fields completed, including location and date purchased, ‘ACA’ order number for adidas.ca purchases, and Article #

Products older than two years or purchased outside of Canada may not be eligible. Please note, most claims are resolved within 2-4 weeks of form submission. Defective merchandise will not be returned once received by our Quality Assurance team.


adidas reserves the right to determine between a defective product and normal wear-and-tear. adidas does not offer secondary replacements or further warranty assistance on items resulting from a previous claim.
