What emails will I receive regarding my order?

Typically, we’ll send three emails regarding your order; one when your order has been received, one with the tracking information once it’s been shipped, and a last one to confirm delivery was made (as per the tracking number).

In some cases, we may also reach out to you if you initiate a return, if the order is cancelled for any reason, or if you change the email address associated with the order (in case of an error, simply contact us to update the email). When your return is received we will also send a confirmation email of your pending refund.
