I never received this product. When I visited a physical store, I noticed that in the Adidas app it appears as if I had purchased this item there, which is incorrect. It seems there may have been a mistake, and I was possibly charged or registered for something I did not actually receive. I understand that errors can happen, but this situation is a little bit confusing. If the purchase was recorded under my account, I would have at least expected to receive the product or be given the opportunity to verify or try it. It does the job of holding essentials like my phone, wallet, and keys, and the design is decent. However, the fit could be a bit more comfortable, and the material feels average compared to other waist packs I’ve used.
