It scraps the back of my heal.
Although the style is beautiful and the size fits perfectly, the heal portion of the shoe rubs against the back of my wife's heal, causing it to blister.

The shoes are uncomfortable.
The sole of the shoe is really, really thin and I feel every bump on the road or sidewalk so it's really uncomfortable
