How do I return my product(s)?

To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must have been bought directly from our Online Shop. You can return most online orders within 30 days from date of receipt (14 days for certain Hype products, some items may be final sale). The individual item return period is communicated to you at the time of purchase. You may return part or all of your order. Be sure to read all the conditions for return before you begin.

All YEEZY sales are final.

Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note if you are returning product FS0156 -GMR PACK, that it must be returned with the hazard label which is included in your order, or it must be sent back in it’s original package. This item contains a lithium ion battery and will require a manual return authorization from our customer service team.

Step 2: Print your prepaid UPS return label using the link provided on that page. Your return label will remain available online for you to print later, or if you need to re-print it. The entire page should be placed on the outside of your box, to include all Return Information.

Step 3: Securely package and drop off your return at a UPS store or UPS Access Point. Click here for drop-off locations near you. Note that all returns are managed by UPS, regardless of your original shipping method.

Alternatively, if you are logged in to your account, go to 'Order History' and click on the order you desire to return. Click on the 'Return Items' button in the top right corner.

Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse, to the original method of payment. Depending on the time of year (holiday delays or closures) and your banking institution, it may take longer to receive your refund.

If you reserved your product via the adidas app and picked up at one of our retail locations, your purchase is subject to the store's return policy.

Returning without UPS: If you prefer to use an alternate carrier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, using a traceable method. Before shipping the return, please call our Consumer Service team for full instructions and to obtain your unique RA#. Any product that is returned without an RA# will be destroyed and will not be refunded. Be sure to keep the tracking number in a safe place until your refund is confirmed.
