FAQ: RETURNS

How many days do I have to return?
We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery.
How do I return my order?
We will provide a pre-paid Purolator return label. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest Purolator location. If you don’t have access to a printer, or you are unable to reach a drop off location, chat with us for alternate return options.
How quickly will my return be processed?
We aim to process your return within 10 business days from the time it is dropped off with Purolator using the provided label from adidas.ca. This includes shipping and processing time at our warehouse only. During busy periods, the processing time may be longer. The refund is issued when your return is processed, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.
Can I mail back a return using my own label?
We strongly recommend using the prepaid and pre-addressed Purolator label provided by adidas.ca to mail your return. Should you choose to use an alternate carrier, you must contact Customer Service for full instructions and to obtain your unique RA # (Return Authorization). Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and must return using a traceable method. Any product that is returned without an RA # will be destroyed and will not be refunded. Be sure to keep the tracking number in a safe place until your refund is confirmed. We do not refund any associated shipping costs.
Can I return my online order in-store?
No, our retail stores are not able to accept online returns at this time.

FAQ: EXCHANGES

How long does an exchange take?
Your exchange order will start processing once our warehouse team has processed the returned product. An email with your exchange order tracking will be sent once your order ships. You can also find your tracking information in your Order History.
Can I exchange for a different product?
We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size at this time.
Why was my exchange request cancelled?
The item(s) in your exchange order are only held for 30 days to allow time to send back your return. If you did not send your return item(s) within the expected period, the request will expire and the exchange order will be cancelled. During high volume periods, our warehouse Returns Team may be delayed in processing your return, which could also lead to the request expiring. You will receive a refund instead for the returned merchandise.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of when the return was dropped off at Purolator. During busy periods, the processing time may be longer. It may take an additional 3-5 business days or up to a full billing cycle for the funds to appear on your original form of payment, depending on bank processing times.
Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
