What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There are certain things we consider when returns are sent in.

The product must have been bought directly from our Online Shop, or one of our own stores. If you bought the product through a third party, please speak to them about your return, as they may have their own policy. 

The product must be returned within its return period and returned to the same store or webstore you bought it from. If you bought the product from the Online Shop, please return it there. You can return you online order within 30 days (or 14 days* for Hype products such as Yeezy) of receiving it. If you bought the product at a store, you can return it to any store in the country you bought it in.

Please note that Hype products such as Yeezy must be returned within 14 days of delivery. This return period is communicated to you at the time of purchase.

If you reserved your product via the adidas app and picked up at one of our retail locations, your purchase is subject to the store’s return policy.

If you return the product to a store, you need to have a proof of purchase with you. 

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.
  • Apparel must have the original tags attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear must be in the original shoe box.

Below products are excluded from returns:

  • Customised and personalised products, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Toiletries, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Samples.
