Helps me train better

I completed a really challenging hybrid workout in these and LOVED them. The workout included heavy lifting, box jumps, sled pushes and sprints. My favorite part besides the support was the grip. I was on a turf that I normally slide on and these shoes prevented any slip. I felt confident moving in them.
