Bought these to replace older similar socks from Adidas, but they've changed the design. The fabric quality is still great, and they're still very comfortable but the elastic around the ankle is thinner and not as strong, so very prone to slipping down my husband's feet as he walks, which makes them very impractical for golfing or yard work. Too bad, because he loved the ones these were supposed to replace. I will try the ones that go higher up the ankle, but not sure they will do the job.
