highly recommended and good quality of material trump up

I never received this product. When I visited a physical store, I noticed that in the Adidas app it appears as if I had purchased this item there, which is incorrect. It seems there may have been a mistake, and I was possibly charged or registered for something I did not actually receive. I understand that errors can happen, but this situation is a little bit confusing. If the purchase was recorded under my account, I would have at least expected to receive the product or be given the opportunity to verify or try it. I would appreciate your help in reviewing this issue and providing a solution, whether that is correcting the charge or clarifying what happened. Thank you for your assistance.
