I got this bag to take to work and the gym to keep my hydration drinks and protein bars cold and the longest I’ve went so far is 6 hour but everything stays ice cold with a cold pack! Absolutely love this lunch box and love repping the Adidas brand! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a new lunch box.
