I ordered those hat as a Christmas present for someone. It arrived with the security tag on the hat. Customer service supervisor with an attitude wasn’t helpful at all. Just overall bad experience. You know I understand human error and if I received the right customer service over the phone, I wouldn’t be upset and I’d even drive that 1 hour to the Adidas store to get that sec tag off. But the supervisor with that entitlement and showing “power”.. that made the damage not the sec tag. Anyways. The cap is nice, some ppl working on the phones need coaching or another position.
