Since its '70s debut, the adidas Superstar sneaker has been on a constant journey of change. It hopped off the hardwood to make a name for itself in the music scene and then spread to become a style icon around the world. Now it's evolving to help end plastic waste. For this version of the iconic shoes, the traditional upper is swapped for a synthetic one, and the heel strap and tongue webbing are made with ocean plastic collected from the beach. Made with a series of recycled materials, this upper features at least 50% recycled content. This product represents just one of our solutions to help end plastic waste.
